Driving back three hours home at 3:00 am after an exhausting concert was incredibly disappointing. Moreover, I still haven't received a refund for the room we didn't stay in, which adds to my frustration.

Housekeeping could definitely use improvement!!! Stained cushions, messy pullout sofa, uneven shower pressure, and unexpected breakfast schedule issues left a lot to be desired!!!

Spacious suites filled with comfort

The spacious suite allowed us to relax and unwind after long days. The breakfast spread was delightful with plenty of options for everyone. We felt warmly welcomed by the staff.

Despite the overall pleasant experience, there were a couple of hiccups. The bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning, and housekeeping missed a few details during their rounds.

Spacious rooms for families!

Our room was huge, perfect for our family, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast area was nice, but the food could use a lil upgrade. Oh, and the bar area was chill for evening hangs. Just a bummer that the wifi was kinda slow at times.

the so-called sofa bed had crumbs and a sock in it, delightful! breakfast was incorrectly scheduled, making my early plans a disaster. you'd think, as a distinguished guest, they could've at least offered a room upgrade to make up for it. i almost gave a good review, but the lack of attention to detail just couldn’t let me.

i recently stayed at homewood suites, and it was great! the location was super convenient, right off the highway. the one-bedroom suite with two queen beds was just spacious enough for my family. plus, the breakfast was really tasty, especially the eggs and sausage.
